This device proved invaluable as it allowed me to conveniently tweak the watering schedule using my phone. This flexibility not only saved on watering costs but also enabled me to adapt the schedule based on factors such as the forecasted rain or windy conditions. My favorite brand has been Wyse as it budget friendly for homeowners.

Install Wyze Smart Controller over existing wiring – $150 (Price includes parts, labor and help setting it up on your phone)(Additional cost if the controller is located outside since it needs a waterproof box.)

Replace 1x Sprinkler Valve – Starts at $80 each (We offer discounts for multi-valve replacements)

Replace 1x Sprinkler Head – Starts at $20 each (We offer discounts for multi-head replacements)

Sprinkler System Tune Up – $50 – We will look over your home’s sprinkler system to fine opportunities to fine-tune your sprinkler system to save water, and to prevent future issues that may arise.
